even worth a dollar even.

Philanthropy is the new brutality:

a hundred Georges,

a hundred Marthas,

a tune plucked from a gored banjo.

The rain episodic.

The market depressed.

Anathema to anathema,

your average freak,

sadly, it proceeds sadly.

Language is the new mumbo-jumbo:

padded words in double-quotes

protected from themselves

retrieve the trashed umbrella

from the innuendo of “innuendo”.

A giggle giggles.

A man outside jumps thirty stories, never lands.
